Project Overview

This project involves reconstruction of the streets in the Frick’s Garden neighborhood as shown on the adjacent map. Street reconstruction is an intensive project that completely rebuilds an existing street. The project will include installation of concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer improvements, and rehabilitation or replacement of the existing water main.

Oct. 28, 2024: Frick's Garden Reconstruction Project public meeting set for Nov. 7

The City of Plymouth plans to make improvements to the streets and utilities in Frick’s Garden neighborhood in 2025.

Residents are invited to a public meeting set for 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7 in the Medicine Lake Room at Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Blvd.

The public meeting is open house-style, stop by anytime during the event to learn about the proposed improvements, project schedule and what to expect during construction.
