The City of Plymouth uses the "Plymouth, MN Parks & Rec" mobile app and browser-based WebTrac software for recreation program registration and account management. The app/WebTrac allows users to search for activities, schedule rentals and register for programs. WebTrac is powered by Vermont Systems, a third-party vendor and the developer of the mobile application.
