Copies of police reports should be requested in writing. To simplify the procedure, fill out the Information Disclosure Request Form below and submit it to the Plymouth Police Department.

The department attempts to fill requests as soon as possible. It may take up to ten days to process requests, as information on some reports may be private or confidential and must be separated before copies can be released. Many reports are available at no charge.
