Plymouth Room

Plymouth Room at the Plymouth Community Center The Plymouth Room features large windows on the north and west sides, which give a spectacular view of the Millennium Garden, and natural area of the Plymouth Creek Park Reserve. It comes complete with tables and chairs for up to 300 people. A built-in bar, stage and video system complete the package of what you will want to enhance your day and wow your guests.

Half of the Plymouth Room is available to rent, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the below rates.

Linens are required if food/beverages are being served. Please note that linens are not included in the rental rate.

Room Layout

The Plymouth Room square footage is 3,500 square feet and can fit a capacity of:

Buffet: 250 people
Plated: 300 people
Audience: 400 people

Those interested in a buffet for more than 250 guests may rent out the Cedar Room for an additional $500.

Your event may require more or fewer tables – each event is set up according to your individual needs.

Plymouth Room at the Plymouth Community Center

Millennium Garden

Located next to the Plymouth Community Center, the Millennium Garden is a popular venue for wedding ceremonies due to its natural beauty and peaceful presence. Guests will be in awe of this "natural oasis" in the middle of the city. The garden is available May through October.

The garden can accommodate up to 300 people in audience-style seating.

One-hour rehearsal the Wednesday or Thursday before the wedding

Rates do not include chairs, tables or tents, indoor reception space, back-up space due to weather or rehearsal dinner rental. White chairs (resin or folding) must be rented and provided for an additional fee through 55 Party Rental.

Green Rooms

Two Green Rooms are situated in the Plymouth Community Center – one on the main level and one on the lower level. A great space for wedding parties to get ready, Green Rooms can be rented for a daily rate.

Booking Information and Policies

Confirm that your desired dates and times are available.
- View Plymouth Room availability.
- View Millennium Garden availability.
For all other rooms, contact Plymouth Community Center Staff at communitycenter@plymouthmn.gov or 763-509-5200 to inquire about availability.
View room fees and other information. Dates can be held for up to one week with no deposit.
Review rental policies and contact caterers to ensure they fit within your budget and taste.
Submit an application and rental agreement (PDF), and make your initial payment.
- Initial payment is due at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card, cash or check.
  - Plymouth Room: 50% due at the time of booking
  - Millennium Garden and all other room rentals: 100% due at the time of booking
Submit payment for remaining balance (damage deposit and remaining room rental fee) 60 days prior to the event date. Payment is due in full if booking an event space within 60 days of the event date.
