Plymouth Room 

The Plymouth Room features large windows on the north and west sides, which give a spectacular view of the Millennium Garden, and natural area of the Plymouth Creek Park Reserve. It comes complete with tables and chairs for up to 300 people. A built-in bar, stage and video system complete the package of what you will want to enhance your day and wow your guests.

Rates

Residents and nonresidents may rent half of the Plymouth Room (occupancy: 128) 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the below rates.

• Resident: $700
• Nonresident: $825

Additional fees:

• Deposit: $750 refundable damage deposit is due 60 days before the event date

• Tables and chairs, and set up and takedown
• Projector and screen, hookups for laptops
• Microphone for toasts and speeches
• Free WiFi
• Built-in bar
• Free on-site parking

Please note that linens are not included in the rental rate.

Room Layout

The Plymouth Room square footage is 3,500 square feet and can fit a capacity of:

• Buffet: 250 people
• Plated: 300 people
• Audience: 400 people

Those interested in a buffet for more than 250 guests may rent out the Cedar Room for an additional $500.

Your event may require more or fewer tables – each event is set up according to your individual needs.

Aspen, Birch and Cedar Meeting Rooms 

The Aspen, Birch and Cedar Meeting Rooms have capacity to seat up to 46 people in each room. Great for meetings, the rooms feature fully integrated technology for presentations and speeches.

Plymouth businesses and non-Plymouth businesses may rent meeting space Monday through Friday until 8:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday until 7:30p.

Black Box Theater

Located on the lower level of the Plymouth Community Center, Black Box Theater features audience-style seating for up to 180 people, and a  sound and lighting system. Great for corporate meetings, small plays and lectures for groups.

Plymouth businesses and non-Plymouth businesses may rent meeting space Monday through Friday until 8:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday until 7:30p.

• There will be a $500 refundable damage deposit added to your rental

• Chairs with removable tablet arm, and set up and takedown
• Projector and screen, hookups for laptops
• Microphone

Conference Rooms

A great space for smaller groups, the conference rooms at the PCC can seat up to 12 people. Conference rooms feature fully integrated technology for presentations.

Plymouth businesses and non-Plymouth businesses may rent meeting space Monday through Friday until 8:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday until 7:30p.

Multipurpose Rooms

The multipurpose rooms at the PCC are a great space for hosting a variety of events. Rent one room for up to 40 people or rent all three and combine them into one large space to fit up to 136 people. Multipurpose rooms feature fully integrated technology for presentations.

Plymouth businesses and non-Plymouth businesses may rent meeting space Friday through Sunday until 7:30p.

Additional fees:

• There will be a $100 refundable damage deposit added to your rental

Rates include:

• Tables and chairs (default setup)
• Projector and screen, hookups for laptops

• Free on-site parking

Room Layout

Multipurpose Rooms can seat up to 40 people. Multipurpose rooms may be combined to seat up to 136 people. Tables seat up to four people each

1. Confirm that your desired dates and times are available.

2. View room fees and other information.
   
   
3. Review rental policies and contact caterers to ensure they fit within your budget and taste.
   
   
4. Submit an application and rental agreement (PDF), and make your initial payment.
   • Initial payment is due at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card, cash or check.
     • Plymouth Room: 50% due at the time of booking
     • Millennium Garden and all other room rentals: 100% due at the time of booking
       
       
5. Submit payment for remaining balance (damage deposit and remaining room rental fee) 60 days prior to the event date. Payment is due in full if booking an event space within 60 days of the event date.
