Welcome to the Northwest Greenway Interactive Map

The Northwest Greenway is more than 300 acres of open space, stretching from Lake Camelot on the east to Wayzata High School on the west. The Northwest Greenway connects to the Medicine Lake Regional Trail, which links French and Elm Creek regional parks.

Serving two main purposes, the Northwest Greenway preserves natural resources to provide a wildlife corridor in an area of Plymouth that is rich with high quality wetlands and trees. The Greenway also provides a recreational trail for walking and biking with scenic overlooks, a pavilion for hosting gatherings and events (anticipated completion date: June 2021), a Challenge Course and more.

The following information explains how to utilize various features of the map.

Icon, Symbol or Text	Explanation and Instructions
"Search by Amenity"	Amenity Search: On the left, you can search by amenity (i.e. fishing pier, playground, tennis court and more). To clear the query results and begin a new search, click the three dots next to the drop-down menu and select "Remove this result."
	Satellite/Topographic View: To toggle between the topographic map view (default) and the satellite view, click the globe icon in the upper right side of the map.
	Measure: To measure distance/space on the map, click the ruler icon in the upper right side of the map. Users can measure in acres, miles, feet, degrees and more.
	Trails Legend: To view the legend for trails (i.e. city trails, Northwest Greenway, on-road bike trials, etc.), click the three shape-line icon in the upper right side of the map.
