As Plymouth's population grows, meeting the housing needs of all residents has become increasingly important.

To provide more housing options for senior residents, including affordable housing, the Plymouth Housing & Redevelopment Authority owns and operates two senior apartment buildings – Plymouth Towne Square and Vicksburg Crossing. 

Plymouth Towne Square

Plymouth Towne Square offers affordable, independent living for adults ages 55 and older.

Conveniently located near Plymouth City Center, residents have easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment. Opened in 1994, the 99-unit apartment complex features heated underground parking, a community room, library and more.

Vicksburg Crossing

Vicksburg Crossing is the right choice for active, independent senior adults.

Open to ages 55 and older, the facility offers convenient amenities, such as in-unit laundry, an exercise room, library, heated underground parking, lighted closets and more. 

Vicksburg Crossing is near major retailers, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, health and dental offices, banks, parks and trails, and a fitness center.
