The City of Plymouth has developed guidelines for development and redevelopment proposals to help applicants navigate the surface water permitting procedures of multiple agencies. Although the guidelines are not all inclusive, they will help applicants include the required information with the first submittal and reduce the potential for delays in the plan review process. Applicants are encouraged to contact each of the regulatory agencies directly for details of their requirements.
