Palmer Creek Estates Drainage Improvements Project

Project Overview
The City of Plymouth is working with the Shingle Creek Watershed Management Organization to improve water quality and drainage within the Palmer Creek Estates neighborhood. This project is located north of 51st Avenue from Larch Lane to the existing railroad track right-of-way. The project site has an open water pond/wetland, stream improvements, and channel improvements within the project area. The project would improve drainage in the area, reduce erosion in the stream/channels and improve water quality in Bass Lake.Anticipated Schedule
- Construction January 2023. Notification will be sent to homeowners adjacent to the project area prior to the start of work.
- Informational Meeting:
August 29th, 2022, 5 p.m.
Council Chambers, 3400 Plymouth Blvd - Restoration: anticipated for April and May, 2023.
