Doran Companies has proposed redevelopment of the area northwest of the intersection of Harbor Lane and Fernbrook, just north of Highway 55. The project would include removal of the four buildings and two, new 176-unit apartment buildings. Both apartment buildings are proposed with 1 level of first floor parking and 5 stories of apartments.

Comprehensive Plan Amendment

The City of Plymouth approved the comprehensive plan text amendment to change the guiding criteria for the LA-5 district and reguiding the property from O (office) to LA - 5 (Living Area 5).
