Emergency Repair Program for Seniors

The Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) offers an emergency repair program for seniors. If you're age 55 or older and you own a home in Plymouth that needs emergency repairs, you may be eligible for a grant up to $7,500.
Emergency Repairs Include
- Water Heaters
- Furnaces
- Roof Repairs
- Broken Windows
- Doors & Door Locks
- Water & Sewer Repairs
- Accessibility Upgrades - Grab Bars & Handrails
- Minor Electrical & Plumbing Work
- Critical Kitchen & Bath Repairs
You must have a total household income under these limits listed below to qualify.
