Plymouth Metrolink has announced that its on-demand ride service, Dial-A-Ride, will become Click-and-Ride beginning Wednesday, Dec. 1.
Along with a new name, the on-demand shuttle service will also use a new Click-and-Ride app, powered by RideCo, beginning Dec. 1. The new app allows riders to continue booking on-demand shuttles as needed, and the app provides updates about ride status.
Download the free app (available on Dec. 1) and learn more at plymouthmn.gov/clickandride.
Riders will no longer be able to schedule shuttles through the TransLoc app beginning Dec. 1 – all rides must be booked via the new Click-and-Ride app or by calling 763-559-5057.
