The Minnesota Department of Transportation has announced that lane closures are expected this weekend as work continues on Interstate 494 through Plymouth.

Southbound I-494 between I-94 and Bass Lake Road will be reduced to one lane beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24. All lanes are scheduled to reopen by 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26.

Northbound I-494 between I-94 and Rockford Road will also be reduced to one lane beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24. All lanes are scheduled to reopen by 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27.
