Sensory-friendly time is set for 4-8 p.m. Friday, August 11 in the Kids Ultimate Backyard Experience (K.U.B.E.) indoor playground and gymnasium at the Plymouth Community Center, 14800 34th Ave. N.

Considerations: smaller capacities observed in the gym and the playground, no overhead announcements, dimmed lights, no music played on overhead speakers, reduced number of participants, sensory room and bags available and noise cancelling headphones available.

Gym Activities: Imagination Playground’s Big Blue Blocks for creative play, dedicated sensory bins in the Youth Room, tumbling equipment and sports equipment will be available for use.

How to participate: Cost to participate is $5 for residents and $7 for nonresidents with access to both the playground and gym. Registration is required. Admission is free for children ages 2 and younger. Click the button below to preregister.
