Beaches, Bands and Brews will take place Friday, August 11 from 6-9 p.m. at East Medicine Lake Park.

The band Sawyers Dream will be performing at this free event. They are inspired by the vocal harmonies of bands such as the Mamas & the Papas, ABBA and Fleetwood Mac. Minneapolis based Sawyer’s Dream is an established original 70s vibe band, uniquely cross-blending Americana, Pop, Rock and Soul. Featuring powerhouse male and female lead vocals and intricate four-part harmonies, their music is engaging, upbeat and earthy.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase. We will also have yard games to play.

Parking is limited at East Medicine Lake. If you are able, you may want to enjoy all that Medicine Lake has to offer by parking and take a bike ride from the south side of the lake or go through French Park on the north side. We will have signs to guide people and a water station for the longer route.

Attendees should bring blankets or lawn chairs, as well as cash/credit for beverages and food truck purchases.
