Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA)
The Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) typically meets the fourth Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Blvd. Meetings are livestreamed online, televised live on Channel 16 and available for replay. Meetings are open to the public.
Plymouth HRA Programs
The HRA manages the city's housing and community development programs, and federal, state, and local grants for housing programs. Ongoing programs include:
- First Time Homebuyer Program
- Emergency Repair Grants for seniors
- Owner-occupied Home Rehabilitation Loans
- Section 8 Rent Assistance
The HRA also owns and manages two senior housing apartment buildings, Plymouth Towne Square and Vicksburg Crossing as well as Valor Place, an affordable veterans housing development.
