Mark your calendar for Tues., July 3 for afternoon events at Plymouth Creek Park and an evening of entertainment at the Hilde Performance Center, 35th Avenue and Plymouth Boulevard.

The entertainment lineup begins at 5 p.m. with a variety of local favorites performing, and will culminate in a performance by the Minnesota Orchestra. As part of the 40th anniversary, a second giant screen will be added to bring the performances even closer to the audience. The evening will conclude with a fireworks display choreographed to music.

Children will enjoy face painters and crazy hair, as well as the chance to try orchestra instruments. Concessions will be available and picnic suppers may be brought to the event as well. Attendees should bring lawn chairs or blankets.

Seating/Staking Policy:
