Welcome to Plymouth At Your Service. At Your Service allows you to report and track service requests 24/7 by filling out a simple form. Your concern will be forwarded to the appropriate employee for follow-up. You will receive an email from the city confirming receipt of your request.

If a problem requires urgent attention, such as a water main break, please do not use At Your Service. Instead, call us immediately at the dispatch number, 952-258-5321. For a police or fire emergency, dial 9-1-1.

Creating an Account
You will need to create a personal account to use At Your Service. To do this, complete the 'Make a new Service Request' section below, including the contact information. After submitting this form, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. A password will be provided once you respond to the confirmation email.

This lets you monitor the progress of your request. It also permits city employees to follow up with you if they need additional detail or clarification to address an issue that you report.

If you have already created an account, you can sign in using your email and password.

Make a new Service Request

Maximum size allowed: 5 MB
Allowed types: .gif, .jpg, .png, .doc, .docx, .xsl, .xslx, .rtf, .pdf and .txt
Provide contact details.

Confirmation will be sent to your email address with instructions.
You must respond to the confirmation email before you can track your service request.
